How important are subfloor vents?? The answer.. VERY IMPORTANT!

Subfloor vents provide airflow to the concealed timber underneath your floor, keeping them at a safe level of moisture. Often we speak to clients who seal their vents to keep the property warmer, to stop any creepy crawlies getting in or even just covering with things like your bin, plant pots flower beds etc, but doing so can have a detrimental affect on your home such as..

  • SUB FLOOR CONDENSATION

  • WET ROT

  • DRY ROT

    WOODWORM ATTACK
