Bearsden - full house refurb

What have we been up to?? We’ve been on a few jobs but one that stands out is this full refurb in Bearsden.. whole house has been stripped back to the bare bones by a builder whom we work alongside named LOH joinery ltd. They are carrying out extensive work to this property which has been derelict for the last two years. It’s been left exposed to the elements, no heating, no air circulation but the new owners have got us in treat all the timbers, install new dpc throughout, membrane and waterproofing the exterior of the building for complete peace of mind. Check out the pics to see the progress so far.. this will be a great turnaround once the builder has finished up, they can rest assured knowing that the work we have put in place beforehand will assure they won’t encounter any damp issues in the future.
