Basement conversion
Day one on this basement conversion. Storage area dug out for new concrete slab to be put in. Materials loaded in so we can make a good start tomorrow. Channel marked out on the ground of the living space (gona be a games room!) for the aqua drain to be installed and tied into existing drainage. Ceiling cut ready to be opened to tie into existing dpc with new waterproofing membrane. Come back tomorrow to see how we’re getting on 🙌🏻 This is going to give this family an amazing space to get there gaming on 🎮 📺
